Real Estate Attorney Partner

I am currently working with a leading Chicago-based law firm
, who are actively looking to recruit a Partner who specializes in real estate
.

Due to a successful period of growth, this firm requires a Partner level attorney to join its real estate group in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will closely with lead Partners across the firm to develop the firm's real estate offering in Chicago.
• The firm handles an array of real estate matters at a national level, including commercial leading, economic development incentives, industrial real estate, land use, multifamily, retail and real estate finance.
• This is a key hire to assist in the development of the firm's practice group both in Chicago, and across its other regional offices.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Illinois
• 7+ years of experience in real estate - ideally gained in a BIG LAW setting.
• Operating as a partner (income or equity).
• The firm does not require a portable book of business
  , but it is beneficial.
• Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, wellness plans, and a 401k plan. Paid sick leave when applicable by state law.
• Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
• Anticipated Base Pay range (dependent on experience and portable book): $250k-$400k per annum
