Job Overview
Sheppard Mullin is seeking a Tax Associate Attorney (Energy) to join our Tax Practice Group and work with the Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance team. The candidate will research and apply federal income tax principles, handle partnership and corporate taxation in a transactional setting, and work with energy tax credits.
Requirements- 2-4 years of transactional tax experience at a law firm.
- Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admission to and good standing in the state bar of your residence.
The annual salary range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000.
