Position Title: Private Equity Associate
Location: Boston, Chicago
Salary Range: $225,000 – $445,000
About the OpportunitySupports private equity sponsors in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, fund formation, and corporate governance. Drafts transactional documents, conducts due diligence, advises on regulatory compliance, and leads deal processes while supervising junior associates.
Requirements- 3–5 years private equity transaction experience at a large law firm
- J.D. degree and admission to Massachusetts or Illinois Bar
- Knowledge of corporate governance, securities compliance, and legal AI tools
Cover letter, resume, law school transcript, deal sheet. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
