Requirements- Exceptional academic credentials.
- 7+ years of sophisticated, complex litigation 1st and 2nd chair trial experience including taking and defending depositions and in court leadership roles with oral arguments, examinations and summations.
- Ability to lead and supervise trial teams.
The firm focuses primarily on ad hoc, high-stakes lawsuits for clients ranging from individuals and certified classes, to governmental entities and billion-dollar, multi-national corporations in a variety of substantive areas including Securities, ERISA, Antitrust, Tax, Environmental Law, and Unfair Competition.
