We’re connecting with attorneys in the 3–8 year range who have experience handling complex construction disputes and real estate litigation.

• Handle construction defect, contract, and mechanic’s lien matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with transactional teams on risk management and project delivery

• J.D. from an accredited law school;
  Illinois bar admission required or pending
• 3–8 years of construction or real estate litigation experience
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong academic background

💰 $155,000 – $220,000 base salary, depending on firm size and experience
