We’re connecting with attorneys in the 3–7 year range who have solid experience handling business, contract, or real estate disputes in state and federal court — and who are open to confidential conversations about new opportunities.

• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex commercial and business disputes
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Partner with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and case management

• J.D. from an accredited law school;
  Illinois bar admission required
• 3–7 years of commercial, business, or general litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with minimal supervision

💰 $165,000 – $230,000 base salary, depending on firm size and experience. Most firms offer annual bonuses, hybrid flexibility, and comprehensive benefits.
