Litigation Associate – Chicago (Hybrid) – 3–6 years Position Overview

An esteemed Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of substantive complex commercial litigation experience to join our collaborative team in the downtown Chicago office.

Experience in employment, construction, labor, municipal law, or dispute resolution is a plus.

• Drafting dispositive motions and other substantive briefs.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Appearing in state and federal court.
• Drafting and responding to written discovery.
• Participating in trial preparation and supporting trial teams.

Excellent analytical and writing skills, a strong academic record, and meaningful experience across the full spectrum of litigation tasks.
