Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience who is available to work in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial litigation experience and be comfortable handling a range of responsibilities, from document review to drafting complex motions. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Drafting and responding to motions

• Conducting and responding to written discovery, including requests for production and interrogatories

• Document review and analysis

• Preparing and responding to discovery-related questions

• Assisting in the defense of corporate clients in complex litigation, semi-class action suits, and employment disputes

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Illinois

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Experience with discovery and motion practice is essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
