The firm is seeking an accomplished attorney with 8+ years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions. You’ll advise sophisticated clients—ranging from developers and REITs to high-net-worth investors and brokerage firms—on a wide variety of matters, including acquisitions, sales, development, financing (borrower and lender side), and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-value real estate transactions across Illinois and nationwide

• Represent clients in purchases, sales, leasing, financing, and development

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary legal team across multiple sectors

• Build and deepen long-term client relationships

• Engage in strategic business development efforts

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of commercial real estate law experience

• Strong background with REITs, developers, syndicators, and property investors

• Confident handling of sophisticated, high-stakes transactions independently

• Positive, team-oriented, and client-service driven

• A portable book of business is preferred, but not required

Compensation:
