Source Pro Search has several fantastic opportunities for experienced IP Attorneys in Chicago.
IP Attorneys – 2-4 years of experience- Clearance, filing, prosecution and maintenance;
- Agreements (sponsorship and promotional agreements, entertainment contracts, trademark licenses, M&A, credit agreements and due diligence);
- TTAB actions;
- Cease and Desist issuance and response;
- Litigation;
- UDRP actions;
- Securing GTLD and CCTLD domains;
- Advertising review and claims and defense.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- 1-3 years of patent preparation experience and strong patent prosecution skills;
- Experience with electromechanical technologies is desired.
