About the Practice
The Digital Infrastructure and Cloud Computing Practice is a dedicated team of attorneys advising clients in more than 100 countries. We represent data center operators, cloud service providers, telecommunications carriers, content providers, investors and lenders in acquisitions, leases, development projects, terrestrial network deals and submarine cable consortium contracts.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, data center leases and development agreements, service level agreements, loan documents, and operating/joint‑venture agreements.
- Manage full transaction lifecycle and coordinate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Attorney with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; high degree of maturity.
- Admitted to or eligible for admission to the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong academic credentials.

Compensation
- Chicago: $250,000 – $365,000 per year
- Washington, D.C.: $250,000 – $350,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
