Position Title: Litigation & Enforcement Associate
Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000
About the OpportunityHandles complex commercial litigation, class actions, shareholder suits, deal‑related disputes, and breach of contract matters. Responsibilities include managing litigation, drafting pleadings, overseeing discovery, participating in mediation/arbitration, and mentoring junior associates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–7 years litigation experience at a large law firm
- J.D. degree, strong writing, analytical, problem‑solving skills
- Admission to practice in Illinois or Massachusetts (depending on office)
