Product Liability Litigation Of Counsel; Medical​/Science Background – Am Law Firm

Responsibilities:

· Draft and review discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda

· Assist with fact development and depositions

· Develop case strategy

Required Qualifications:

· 8+ years of product liability and/or complex commercial litigation experience, particularly involving pharmaceutical/medical devices

· Strong experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Daubert issues

· Large law firm experience (Am Law 100 background preferred)

· Excellent academic credentials and writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $400,000 – $500,000.
