Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Legal Operations Specialist with direct paralegal experience in mass tort and personal injury litigation to support the daily operational needs of our legal operations team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique demands of high‑volume legal casework and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. You will support legal teams by managing critical workflows, reviewing legal and medical documentation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across case files.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of Plaintiff Fact Sheets, Short Form Complaints, and deficiency responses.
  • Update and audit case files to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and completeness.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and department heads to manage case timelines and documentation workflows.
  • Facilitate direct communication with law firm clients to provide status updates and request supplemental materials.
  • Prepare case summaries and legal reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply subject‑matter expertise in mass tort and personal injury case development, from intake through litigation.
  • Identify qualifying factors, statute triggers, and causation trends based on plaintiff‑specific documentation.
  • Support legal teams in the preparation of discovery materials, settlement packages, and client deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating medical expert or third‑party review services as needed.
  • Act as a knowledgeable end‑user of Bridge Legal’s legal software to flag process inefficiencies and inform product development.
  • Provide structured feedback on bugs, UX issues, and feature requests based on paralegal workflows.
  • Participate in testing, training, and release cycles to help validate software features and enhancements.
  • Help map real‑world legal processes into tech‑enabled solutions for better scalability.
  • Monitor performance metrics related to case progression, document turnaround, and client communication.
  • Assist in generating analytics and reports to inform team decisions and strategy alignment.
  • Uphold high standards of data integrity, legal accuracy, and documentation security.
  • Jump into cross‑functional initiatives involving Client Success, Product, and Intake teams.
  • Support overflow legal work, internal projects, and special initiatives during high‑volume periods.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal, with specific background in mass tort and/or personal injury litigation required.
  • Working knowledge of mass tort case criteria, medical causation, and discovery cycles.
  • Strong familiarity with legal document management systems and plaintiff‑side litigation workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with case‑management tools.
