Commercial Litigation Senior Associate​/Senior Counsel Boutique Chicago Law Firm

About the Position

Our client, a thriving Chicago boutique litigation firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an active need for an experienced commercial litigator to join as a senior associate or senior counsel (title will be based on level of experience). This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your practice in a supportive and dynamic law firm environment.

• Collegial, boutique law firm started by a former large law firm partner
• Hands‑on complex commercial litigation practice
• Firm represents clients nationally in a full range of sophisticated commercial matters

• Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre‑trial discovery through trial
• Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court
• Counsel companies across a variety of industries in large, multi‑jurisdictional dispute proceedings

• 7+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice
• Big Law experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $245,000+ (commensurate with experience and practice).
