Responsibilities:

• Advise public and private companies and their boards on a range of capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and securitizations
• Counsel clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters

Required Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of significant experience with capital markets transactions, including IPOs, securities offerings, private placements, bond issuances, and general corporate governance and securities law matters
• Strong academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $275,000 – $355,000
