About the Position

Our client, a highly regarded boutique litigation firm, is seeking an experienced paralegal with 8+ years of experience to join its Chicago office. The attorneys at this firm have handled dozens of trials, arbitrations, and mediations, argued in every federal circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and many state courts, and participated in countless regulatory proceedings.

• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including onsite trial management, which may involve travel
• Proofread, edit, and cite check fact and legal citations in memorandums and briefs
• Submit court filings using state and federal electronic filing platforms
• Assist with discovery including document production, processing and management of electronically stored information, and attending to all facets of deposition preparation

• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience from a large law firm, including experience taking multiple cases to trial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Paralegal Certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with document management systems, Westlaw, and familiarity with deposition processing software is also preferred

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $140,000.
