Intellectual Property Associate or Patent Agent-Biotechnology Practice Group

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic credentials, which should minimally include a Masters or Doctorate degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or related field. Graduate degrees are required.

• Life science work experience in patent preparation and prosecution.

• Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

• Ability to grasp new technical teachings quickly.

• Ability to efficiently review patent and non-patent literature for key concepts.

• Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--and exceptional organizational skills.
