Client: Client is a boutique law firm focused on insurance defense, insurance coverage, and appellate litigation throughout Illinois. They represent insurers and their policyholders in matters involving construction negligence, premises liability, product liability, transportation, and general tort defense.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload involving personal injury, construction litigation, and commercial cases.
- Draft and review insurance coverage opinions, position letters, and declaratory judgment actions.
- Participate in litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurers, and claims professionals.
- Assist with appellate matters as needed.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in Illinois.
- 3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
- Familiarity with insurance coverage matters.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational and case management abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to responsiveness and quality service.
