Real Estate Finance Associate Am Law Firm

About the Position

We are working with an established international Am Law firm headquartered in Chicago that has an active need for a real estate finance lawyer to join its busy practice as a mid-level associate. This practice represents Fortune 500 companies, lenders, borrowers, tenants, owners, and investors in a range of real estate finance transactions involving an array of properties. • Represent clients in both private and public markets in a range of real estate finance matters
• Represent lenders and investors in construction, permanent, and mezzanine loan matters
• Assist with acquisition and disposition closings for retail, office, warehouse, and industrial spaces
• Negotiate commercial leases (including office, retail, warehouse, and industrial)

• 3-5 years of real estate finance experience including acquisitions, dispositions, and closings
• Experience representing investors and lenders in permanent, construction, and mezzanine loan transactions
• Experience negotiating commercial leases (industrial, warehouse, retail, and office)
• Excellent academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000 – $300,000.
