Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate

Our client, a well-regarded, mid-sized, full-service law firm, seeks a highly skilled real estate finance associate for its Chambers-ranked Real Estate practice group in Chicago.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, management, and debt and equity financing.
• Experience representing lenders and borrowers on mortgage loans and other real estate financings, including negotiating loan documents, preparing and reviewing due diligence materials, closing deliverables, and legal opinions.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, writing, and oral communication skills.
