Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

• ✔ 3–5 years PQE
• ✔ Commercial real estate transactions + real estate finance (core work)
• ✔ Big Law training – AmLaw 100 or strong regional equivalent
• ✔ JD from Top 10–14 (Top 20 considered for standout candidates)
• ✔ Proven drafting and transaction experience
