Corporate Attorney

Position: CORPORATE ATTORNEY
Seeking a mid-level attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its Corporate business unit in the Chicago, IL office. The successful candidate will be tasked with preparing and negotiating a broad range of corporate and transactional documents, including but not limited to entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documentation, and merger and acquisition documents.

This role requires effective client interaction and the ability to represent clients in negotiating various business transactions. Candidates with a strong background in business development will be considered favorably. Applicants must be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and strong academic credentials are crucial to succeed in this position.
