Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an exceptional associate to join their nationally recognized construction law practice in their Chicago office. This dynamic group specializes in counseling, dispute resolution (ADR and litigation), and contract drafting and negotiation.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of construction law or equivalent complex litigation experience.
- Broad litigation experience, including motion and discovery practice.
- Distinctive academic credentials.
- Strong references.
- IL Bar membership is required.
Preferred Experience:
- Litigation of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes (e.g., mechanics lien, bond, and stop notice claims), product claims, and breach of contract claims.
- Prior Am Law 100 or judicial clerkship experience.
- Annual bonus
