Irvine - Mid‑Senior Level Employment Litigation Associate

The Irvine office of Fisher Phillips is seeking employment litigation associates with 4‑7 years of experience to join its sophisticated labor and employment practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex wage and hour claims and employment discrimination and harassment matters for a wide range of clients, while taking on meaningful responsibility.

Ideal candidates will have experience litigating wage and hour claims and employment discrimination and harassment matters, including class and collective actions and PAGA cases. Associates in this role will be actively involved in all phases of litigation and should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Experience managing matters independently and interacting directly with clients is preferred.

Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment. We are seeking motivated self‑starters who work well both independently and collaboratively and who value a team‑oriented, high‑quality practice.

Must be admitted in California and have a JD from an ABA accredited law school.

The yearly salary range for this position is $230,000–$270,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
