Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our expanding team in our brand-new Downtown Chicago (Loop) headquarters. As part of our innovative firm, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Workers' Compensation law to drive positive outcomes for clients while contributing to our firm's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling workers' compensation cases, a deep understanding of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act, and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in this field.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Illinois State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of three years of experience practicing Workers' Compensation law in Illinois is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of successfully handling Workers' Compensation cases from start to finish.
- Strong litigation skills, including excellent courtroom demeanor and persuasive oral advocacy.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and embracing new technologies and strategies to enhance legal practice and client service.
