Bankruptcy Litigation Associate (3+ yrs) – Am Law 50 Firm About the Position
Our client, a top-tier global law firm, is actively seeking a bankruptcy litigator to join as an associate in Chicago. Lawyers at this firm have been trial counsel in almost all of the largest Chapter 11 bankruptcies in the last decade and provide clients with seamless representation both inside and outside the bankruptcy courtroom.

- Represent creditors in all types of contested matters, from relief from stay and cash collateral proceedings to defense of contractual and fraud‑related claims
- 3+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials

CompensationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000+.
