Responsibilities:

• Represent public and private companies, creditors, investors, asset purchasers and other stakeholders in complex business reorganizations and distressed transactions, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, M&A transactions and other related financing and restructuring matters

Required Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of restructuring experience, including company Chapter 11, liability management, and Section 363
• Large law firm background
• Excellent academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $310,000 – $435,000.
