Consumer Class Action Litigation Associate (3+ yrs) – Am Law 50 Firm

About the Position: Our client, a top international law firm, is actively seeking an attorney with multi-district litigation and/or consumer class action experience to join as an associate in Chicago. This practice focuses on defending clients facing complex claims involving consumer protection, unfair business practices, deceptive advertising, fraud and breach of contract, and represents a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services, energy, and telecommunications.

• Handle all stages of litigation, including conducting pre-suit investigations, developing legal claims/defenses, drafting pleadings, supervising complex fact and expert discovery, taking and defending depositions
• Engage in motion practice, including oral arguments as well as leading briefing for dispositive, class certification, Daubert, and other motions

• 3+ years of multi-district litigation and/or consumer class action experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Top academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000+.
