A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with strong experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions. This role involves working with developers, lenders, and investors on complex property deals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Conduct title review, due diligence, and risk analysis
- Coordinate closings with all stakeholders
- Advise clients on real estate regulations and compliance
- 4+ years of real estate transactional experience
- Experience with commercial and residential closings
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Stable law firm background preferred
