, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Analyzing commercial general liability, umbrella, excess, and specialty insurance policies
.Representing insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
Drafting coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
Handling declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
Advising on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.
