*** Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)
* Analyzes, designs, and implements global supply chain practices for a business unit; targets are aligned to manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, and customer demands. (30%)
* Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet supply chain objectives. Ensures that the team continually focuses on ways to meet and improve upon Littelfuse's supply chain metrics. (10%)
* Reports on supply chain metrics for the business unit and identifies areas that need improvement. (10%)
* Other duties as assigned.#

* About you:

*** Bachelor or university degree
* Preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, or related field
* Seven to ten years of experience
* Management experience
* Deep knowledge of supply chain
* Experience working with a manufacturing company
* Advanced knowledge in MS Office
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong communication skills
