Supply Chain Ops Analyst Inpatient Inventory Full Time Days

Salary range: $30.50 - $39.65 (Hourly Rate) – placement depends on experience, internal equity, and union rules.

• Performs budget and inventory analysis for various supply chain departments.
• Key member of Product Implementation Team.
• Leads product conversions and new item additions for supported facilities.
• Utilizes productivity reports to measure department performance against KPIs.
• Provides analysis around inventory utilization and recommendations to ROP/ROQ and UOM.
• Resolves complex or critical situations involving technology, customers, staff, and other supply‑chain personnel; consults with manager if needed.
• Monitors daily activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assists level 1 manager with special projects.
• Develops and documents standard work methodologies for Supply Chain Logistics and ensures accountability.
• Supports MDI and daily huddles.
• Acts as a quality assurance auditor for the Supply Chain Logistics team.
• Represents the Supply Chain Department and participates in special meetings as directed.
• Maintains local data integrity in Peoplesoft and CIMS.
• Responds quickly under pressure when problems arise.
• May serve as a resource and point of contact in the absence of the Manager of Supply Chain Logistics.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Experience with MMIS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Strong people handling and organizational skills.
• Excellent critical‑thinking abilities.
• Process improvement skills.

• 5 years of supply‑chain analytics work experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare processes and supply‑chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Lean/Six‑Sigma Green Belt.
