Supply Chain Ops Analyst Inpatient Inventory Full Time Days
Salary range: $30.50 - $39.65 (Hourly Rate) – placement depends on experience, internal equity, and union rules.

- Hours:
40 hours per week - Schedule:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (works rotating weekends and holidays) - Location:
150 Bldg; FL 08
- Performs budget and inventory analysis for various supply chain departments.
- Key member of Product Implementation Team.
- Leads product conversions and new item additions for supported facilities.
- Utilizes productivity reports to measure department performance against KPIs.
- Provides analysis around inventory utilization and recommendations to ROP/ROQ and UOM.
- Resolves complex or critical situations involving technology, customers, staff, and other supply‑chain personnel; consults with manager if needed.
- Monitors daily activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assists level 1 manager with special projects.
- Develops and documents standard work methodologies for Supply Chain Logistics and ensures accountability.
- Supports MDI and daily huddles.
- Acts as a quality assurance auditor for the Supply Chain Logistics team.
- Represents the Supply Chain Department and participates in special meetings as directed.
- Maintains local data integrity in Peoplesoft and CIMS.
- Responds quickly under pressure when problems arise.
- May serve as a resource and point of contact in the absence of the Manager of Supply Chain Logistics.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Experience with MMIS software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong people handling and organizational skills.
- Excellent critical‑thinking abilities.
- Process improvement skills.
- 5 years of supply‑chain analytics work experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare processes and supply‑chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Lean/Six‑Sigma Green Belt.
