Position OverviewITS is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven individual to join our Compliance team as the SCA Compliance Program Manager. This individual contributor role ensures that Operations and other stakeholders are following the day-to-day flow-down, tracking, and reporting processes that manage ITS's Service Contract Act (SCA) and/or other governmental obligations, including but not limited to USPS-specific requirements. The Program Manager works under the general guidance of the Director, Compliance & Risk Management and collaborates closely with Operations, Legal, Carriers, and outside consultants to build out and continuously refine the compliance process.
While this is an individual contributor role, the Compliance Program Manager holds authority to require corrective action from Operations, and to identify and drive resolution of SCA-related flow-down gaps with Carriers through ITS's existing contractual and onboarding processes.
