BAGGU is looking for an Inventory Manager to own inventory accuracy, visibility, and movement across our fulfillment network. This role will build scalable inventory systems and processes, partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Planning, and Digital Operations, and help lead the transition to a multi-node domestic and international network.

• Remote 9am-5pm
• Remote, limited to candidates in the following states: CA, OR, NM, PA, IL, NJ, MI, NY, VA, WA
• Ability to travel U.S. & internationally (1-2 weeks per year) for 3PL visits

• Own inventory accuracy across physical inventory, ERP, 3PL systems, and other connected platforms. Establish reconciliation processes, cycle counts, inventory controls, and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with Digital Operations to implement and optimize inventory management systems. Build scalable processes that maintain accurate inventory records across the fulfillment network.
• Own inventory visibility and movement across fulfillment nodes, including node transfers, rebalancing, and in-transit inventory. Partner with warehouse/3PL teams to resolve receiving discrepancies and establish processes that support future domestic and international expansion.
• Serve as the primary Logistics inventory partner to the Planning team, providing visibility into inventory availability, inbound receipts, discrepancies, and risks.
• Own inventory reporting, KPIs, and reconciliation while providing reliable visibility into inventory availability, inbound inventory, node transfers, discrepancies and inventory by node.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, automate manual processes, and strengthen SOPs and controls to support BAGGU's growth and expanding fulfillment network.
• Ability to develop and manage a small team to support an expanding fulfillment network.

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management
• Demonstrated ownership of inventory management across multi-node U.S. and international fulfillment networks
• Experience managing high-volume, SKU-complex inventory environments (3000 SKUs, multi selling channels, appx 1M+ units and growing inventory on hand)
• Proven experience implementing or transforming inventory management systems, including ERP/WMS integrations.
• Experience scaling inventory processes and controls through network expansion
• Strong cross-functional experience with internal teams Planning/Buying, Logistics, Digital Operations and external 3PL partners
• Experience in a high-growth consumer, retail, ecommerce, apparel, or similar environment preferred.
• Experience scaling an inventory network through multiple U.S. nodes and international expansion.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Deep knowledge of managing inventory within ERP systems (Net Suite preferred)
• Resourceful problem-solver, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
