Clearpath Summit Auto Group is a group of independent automotive parts dealers that buy together. We need a part-time operations manager to keep orders flowing between our 40 member dealers and eight suppliers.
Responsibilities- Review daily purchase orders and chase suppliers on late shipments.
- Reconcile monthly rebates and settle them with each dealer.
- Improve the shared ordering spreadsheet so it stops breaking every month-end.
- Experience in parts distribution, procurement or dealership operations.
- You stay steady when three dealers are asking about the same delayed part. This is a part-time role, about 20 hours a week, and can be done remotely from the Chicago area.
