Purchasing and Stores Manager

Role

Summary:

Leads end-to-end purchasing and strategic sourcing, including supplier and contract management, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Develops sourcing strategies, negotiates supplier agreements, and manages supplier performance to support business continuity.

• Own purchasing activities and strategic sourcing initiatives for required materials and services.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and agreements.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance to ensure reliable supply.
• Oversee inventory control to maintain accuracy and availability.
• Manage warehouse operations supporting efficient storage and flow of goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with manufacturing needs.
• Ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations through effective supply and inventory management.

Strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract and supplier management, inventory control, warehouse operations oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and operational problem-solving.
