Maintenance​/Project Manager

Facilities Project & Maintenance Manager at Eleven 35 LLC in Chicago, IL

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience.

Lead maintenance and project success at a fast‑growing warehouse operation. Manage small‑scale building repairs, routine facility maintenance, and light project coordination.

• Perform and oversee building repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage and coordinate facility improvement projects.
• Maintain building systems and ensure tenant satisfaction through timely support.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed.
• Track project progress and complete related administrative paperwork.
• Respond to facility issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain organized records of maintenance work and project timelines.
• Ensure safety compliance and building cleanliness.
• Coordinate scheduling and job site activities for small‑scale improvement efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact between management and vendors/contractors.
• Oversee security of building assets and keys.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, facility operations, or construction projects.
• Associate degree or vocational school training preferred.
• Electrical focused training preferred.
• Strong communication skills—able to interact professionally with vendors, tenants, and management.
• Organized and able to manage light office paperwork.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability and loyalty in past roles.
• Positive attitude with pride in delivering quality work.
• Proficiency in using tools, maintenance equipment, and common building systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
