The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, design, and construction of capital projects for new construction and renovations within the Public Safety market sector. The position reports to the Project Director, Deputy Project Director, and senior leadership. The candidate will provide oversight for junior staff such as project managers or project engineers, depending on the project size and type, and advise clients on managing teams of professionals through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases.
Functions include supervising, directing, and coordinating design and project management, liaising with owners, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. The role independently manages multiple small‑to‑medium projects (
