Manager Transaction Advisory Services - Healthcare

Overview

Terrific opportunity for a TAS Manager (healthcare experience ideal, not required) to lead a team and work remotely with a well established and growing company!

• Manage and review buy & sell side engagements
• Review quality of earnings, debt, working capital
• Aptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, in addition to challenging target assumptions
• Assist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management
• Create and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations
• Prepare due diligence reports, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations, to support decision-making by clients
• Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, Associates

Healthcare experience is ideal but not required. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and participate in due diligence discussions.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus (10% target)
