We are a fast-growing property management company expanding across the Midwest and South, seeking a Regional Property Manager who brings strong leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on driving performance, mentoring teams, and improving communities. The Regional Property Manager will oversee a multi-state portfolio and partner closely with ownership and senior leadership to achieve growth, efficiency, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operations for a regional portfolio of multifamily properties across Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Texas.
  • Drive occupancy, rent growth, and overall financial performance.
  • Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and develop action plans for underperforming assets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams to deliver results.
  • Ensure all properties meet company standards for maintenance, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, and manage capital projects.
  • Present performance updates, forecasts, and business recommendations to ownership.
  • Support the integration of new acquisitions and assist with continued portfolio growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in residential property management.
  • At least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams and managing multi-site operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L statements and budgets.
  • Multifamily property management experience required.
  • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75–100% of the time.
