We are a fast-growing property management company expanding across the Midwest and South, seeking a Regional Property Manager who brings strong leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on driving performance, mentoring teams, and improving communities. The Regional Property Manager will oversee a multi-state portfolio and partner closely with ownership and senior leadership to achieve growth, efficiency, and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operations for a regional portfolio of multifamily properties across Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Texas.
- Drive occupancy, rent growth, and overall financial performance.
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and develop action plans for underperforming assets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Property Managers and on-site teams to deliver results.
- Ensure all properties meet company standards for maintenance, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate pricing, and manage capital projects.
- Present performance updates, forecasts, and business recommendations to ownership.
- Support the integration of new acquisitions and assist with continued portfolio growth.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in residential property management.
- At least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- Proven success leading high-performing teams and managing multi-site operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L statements and budgets.
- Multifamily property management experience required.
- Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness and ability to travel 75–100% of the time.
