Skills and Experience:

** 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or commercial real estate (with strong exposure to corporate strategy)  Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with leadership in a mature and professional manner

Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach to work Ability to showcase success in handling ambiguous and dynamic projects with multiple work streams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools including quantitative analysis and knowledge of strategy frameworks
