Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Interim Chief Operations Officer to lead all operational functions as part of a Contingent Workforce Solution. This pivotal contingent role is focused on managing all aspects of the firm's operational operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and manufacturing processes during a period of transition. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive operational strategy to accelerate efficiency and ensure a smooth leadership handoff.

You will be instrumental in driving sustainable operational excellence, building a high-performing, data-driven operations team, and making a direct impact on the company's trajectory in a highly visible role. What You Will Do

  • Drive the entire operational cycle, from process optimization and quality control to project management and client delivery.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to diversify revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives and resource allocation.
  • Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand, measure performance, and optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a key external representative, engaging with top-tier clients and industry leaders to strengthen brand presence and close key deals.
