As part of the Operations Consulting team you are expected to direct efforts in Insurance operations management, including operationalizing business strategies and transforming the supply chain functions from product development through supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and product service/support. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations.

This role involves facilitating people, process, and technology changes for Insurance clients and creating trusted and collaborative relationships with team members.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 15 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry.

• Preferred fields of study:
  Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Economics and Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management, Operations Management/Research.
• Directing efforts in Insurance operations management.
