Enterprise Client Leader
Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader, accountable for leading relationships with strategic clients across geographies and solution lines.
Responsibilities- Drive business results for at least five enterprise clients, meeting new, retention, and rollover metrics.
- Build and align resources to execute against the Client Value Creation Model.
- Influence all levels of Aon to align resources and ensure excellent client delivery.
- Maintain solid understanding of all Aon services and communicate full value to clients.
- Role model partnership, collaboration, integrity, humility, and respect.
- Communicate effectively and elevate team success.
- 15+ years in industry, consulting, or global client management.
- Deep industry IQ and ability to match trends to Aon solutions.
- Build deep executive-level client relationships and influence client thinking.
- Strategy alignment: connect client strategy to Aon capabilities.
- Consulting skills: identify needs and assemble internal resources.
- Financial savvy: understand client financials and strategy.
- Effective communication: listen, adapt, build consensus.
- Team management: influence progress of client projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The salary range for this position is $250,000-$300,000 annually.
