Director, Consumer Insights – Kraft Heinz
Job DescriptionThe Director of Consumer Insights will have responsibility over one of our critical portfolios, working with the Business Unit President and cross‑functional peers of these brands and categories to drive insights and consumer‑first thinking, and to enable a step change toward a forward‑thinking insights strategy.
This role will set priorities, drive the macro insights agenda, and identify future growth opportunities and white space for this area of the business. The leader will manage a high‑performing team, infusing the right behaviors throughout the insights team (e.g., prioritize, drive future mindset and synthesize/distill information into actionable insights, etc.) while creating a culture focused on organic brand growth & innovation.

- Cross‑Functionally Collaborative with groups including marketing, product development, and sales.
- Express Insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Advanced Degree preferred; 10‑15 years in strategic insights/consumer research role.
- Minimum ten (10+) years of solid Market Research / Insights experience is required – experience working across a portfolio of products highly preferred.
- Leadership credentials in driving vision – prior people management experience required.
- Proficiency with qualitative & quantitative research tools across advertising, innovation, & syndicated services.
- Proven ability to distill insights and drive impact into an organization – bringing the consumer to the forefront.
- High tolerance for working in ambiguity, managing change and driving change management/transformation.
- Experience and comfort in POS (Nielsen/Circana), Panel, and social listening is required.
- High level of experience and comfort in analytical tools (e.g., MTA, Mix, Conjoint, etc.) is required.
- Proficient at storytelling in creative, influential & impactful ways – excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
New Hire Base Salary Range – $ – $
Bonus – This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as set by the plan terms and governing documents.
Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) – In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
