• Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling "office" job, this isn't it.
• Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You'll be a hands‑on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Responsible for the motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals.
• Captivating a positive culture with team recognition and studio contests.
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs.
• Creating schedules, inventory management, customer service, etc.
• Maintains an impeccable and clean studio.

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate you.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
• Ability to identify and problem‑solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• Mind Body Software experience a plus.
