Our client, a fast-growing and highly dynamic organization, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This individual will play a key leadership role—driving process improvements, strengthening financial operations, and partnering across departments to deliver proactive, solutions-oriented support. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands‑on problem solver, and collaborative business partner who thrives in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the PTP operations team—including Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, and Expense teams—ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and collaboration while managing daily operations, KPIs, and continuous improvement projects to optimize PTP processes and technology for value creation across the organization
- Oversee global Procure to Pay (PTP) operations and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve PTP operations and assess the impact of change initiatives
- Streamline PTP workflows by simplifying steps, leveraging automation, and applying best practices with internal teams and BPO partners.
- Update and manage global PTP policies and documentation while supporting ongoing ERP enhancements.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing AP team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years leading AP and vendor master data operations in a medium-to-large corporate environment.
- 5+ years of people management with strong coaching and development experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA and Concur. - Proven success driving process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams to drive results.
