We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Commercial Service Manager to lead our service department and drive operational excellence.

• Manage and grow relationships with commercial and fleet clients
• Develop service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Lead, train, and support service staff
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service goals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand service capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of automotive service management experience, ideally in a commercial/fleet setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results and manage budgets
