Exciting new real estate developer headquartered downtown Chicago, looking for a Development Manager to join their growing team. Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the development process, from land acquisition through project completion.
- Oversee the entitlement process for properties.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local government officials, community leaders, investors, and tenants.
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis to support project decisions.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all zoning, environmental, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication across departments.

As a Development Manager you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the planning, entitlement, design, and execution of real estate development projects.
